These terms govern your use of the DailyShine website, the DailyShine app and the doorstep waterless detailing services provided by DailyShine Auto Spa ("DailyShine", "we", "us"). By booking a wash or a subscription you accept these terms.

Services

We provide waterless and low-water exterior and interior car care at your parking location on a scheduled slot. Service duration, inclusions and pricing depend on the plan and vehicle class you select. Prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise.

Bookings & access

You must provide accurate vehicle, contact and location details, and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled slot with any society or building permissions in place. If our specialist cannot access the vehicle, the visit may be treated as completed for that cycle.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans run cycle to cycle. Quarterly and yearly passes are billed upfront for the full term. Unused washes within a cycle do not carry forward unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

Please remove valuables, loose accessories and personal items from the vehicle before service. Tell us in advance about existing paint damage, aftermarket wraps, coatings, repainted panels or loose trim so our specialist can adapt or decline the service safely.

Fair use

Abusive behaviour towards our specialists, fraudulent bookings or misuse of the platform may result in suspension of service without refund. We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new bookings.

Governing law

Indian law applies, with jurisdiction in the courts of Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We collect only what we need to deliver your wash: name, phone number, email, vehicle details, service address or society, and your booking and payment history. If you use our website, we also record basic analytics such as page views, referrer and timestamp.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver services, send WhatsApp or email confirmations and service updates, handle payments and invoicing, provide support, and improve our operations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers that make DailyShine work — payment gateway, messaging, hosting and database providers — and where required by law. Our field specialists see only the details needed for your booking.

Photos & logs

Service visits may be photo or video logged for quality control and dispute resolution. Tell us if you do not want your vehicle images used anywhere beyond internal quality checks.

Retention & your rights

We keep records for as long as your account is active and as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@dailyshine.co.in.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls. No online system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account and OTPs confidential.

The current refund and cancellation rules for subscriptions, passes and one-time washes are published inside the DailyShine app at dailyshine.co.in.

For any refund, cancellation or billing question — or to confirm what applies to your specific plan — write to info@dailyshine.co.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 70212 17835. We respond to refund requests within 5 working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Service note: our specialists follow a documented safe and clean car-care SOP on every visit, including approved products, fresh microfibre per panel and pre-service condition checks. Vehicles are serviced in their existing condition, and DailyShine Auto Spa does not accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear, aftermarket fittings, loose or defective trim, or any consequential loss arising from a visit.
